Outside Shower

We just purchased a 2008 Denali. When our dealer gave us the demo I don't remember him saying anything about an outside shower. However back by the shore power recepticle there is a small door, upon opening this door I found a pair of faucets and in the center is something that looks like a quick disconnect. I don't have anything in the TT that would plug into this. The only thing I can think of that may go in there would be a piece of tubing with a male end for the quick disconnect and a shower head on the other. How close am I with my thinking ? Thanks in advance for any help. Wally

We have the same type of hookup on our Voltage. On ours there is a hose with a hose type of nozzle. I thought this a great idea rather than a shower head. You should have had the hose with it.

our voltage is also the same. the connector looks very much like an air quick disconnect on an air hose. You might find something that will work in a camper store or flea bay.

Our Komfort has a regular shower hose fitting on it. You can buy these anywhere. I would buy a better quality one for the bathroom and then take the bathroom one outside for that one.

Thanks for the replies. I think I will go with Wanderers idea and put a better one in the bath and keep that one for outside, I can't see us using the outside shower. But then again it may make a good fish cleaning station Thanks all for the input. Wally

Your shower in the TT is not a quick connection, so that may not work for you!

And you will be surprised what you can use that shower for! We have a Coleman Road Trip grill, which we washed under the outside shower in our old TT since it would not fit in the kitchen sink!!!!
