No Hot Water

We have just gotten a new 2020 Chaparral 30' RV. The hot water at the faucet is only warm. You can shower with the hot water only. It isn't really hot enough to wash dishes. I've checked the water at the heater tank by opening the relief valve and the water is very hot. Am I missing a hot water bypass valve somewhere? I'm trying to find something about it in an owners manual but those seem to be very shy on information.

If you have an outside shower make sure the valves are in the off position, if it is on, there will be a cross connection causing water to only be warm from all faucets

Show faucets are off. I was able to get into the back of the hot water heater and found one of the bypass valves open and was probably the problem.
