Just found this great site & a green horn

Just purchased a V3200. Should I upgrade to the G rated tires? They don't give them away....

Welcome Ted, I upgraded and would recomend that to anyone with the stock tires. I used my original wheels. Yes they are not cheap but good insurance and peace of mind, well worth it. Find a good heavy set and go with them, some have gone to 17.5" which is better yet but really pricey.

I think Goodyear makes a G rated tire @ 350 a pop....

You got any thoughts on a camera?

I paid about 200 each for mine mounted and balanced. I would probably shop around some. And I went with the R85s no problem.

I don't use a camera can't help you any there but plenty of others that can.

I have the Goodyear G614 tires. Pricey, yes. It was shocking to see how weak the sidewall was on the factory Chinease tires once they were off the rims. The Goodyear tires are much more solid. We've got about 12,000 miles on them, no issues.

Ted, A lot of us have changed Tires, I got over 10K miles, some more, some less, I changed mind because, I didn't feel they were safe anymore, After checking with Friends that have Voltage, I was going to go with what my close friend had, Carlisle, (Discount Tire), they were out of them at the time, so I went with my 2nd choice, Sailum S637 ST235/85R16 from Big O tire, I was also thinking that a Big O store is everywhere.....The tires side wall were great and the Tire weight was 3 times the amount of the Westlakes....
Look up Tires on here, and you will see what everyone went Too...Good luck, Anything is better !

Welcome Ted.
As I had everyone of my five G614 fail on my Teton I went to 17.5" Seems like after ten years Goodyear has figured out there problem. You still wouldn't get me to recommend any Goodyears!
