x2 - here in central New York, Adirondack Mountains, we have lots of wind, but no rain.

We are on the ambulance and fire/rescue squad and thank the good Lord no calls last night!

I grew up in Maryland, and many are struggling there today. REALLY glad my mom is in assisted living center in Gaithersburg and not still at home. My thoughts go out to all affected by the storm. We are dealing with snow here in WV.

X3! We're getting Sandy's winds here in East Central WI. Gusts in the mid-upper 40 MPH range, but I'm sure a lot less than they are getting out there. Still nice to watch all the leaves blow past and into the next yard..

Agree! Had enough of this. We were supposed to get 6-9 and now they changed it to 1-2. Packing up the Spyder in the Voltage and leaving for Nashville Apr 3rd. I'm ready.

3 nights ago we were in the WInter Weather Advisory area and predicted to get 6 - 10" of snow. 2 nights ago we were taken out of the area and dropped to 3-5". Last night we were dropped again to 1-2". Today I have to see a single flake fall from the sky... I wish I could be that wrong in my job and still get paid for it!

Schools were closed today for about an inch of snow. Roads were clear.

As Dave AKA the Badger and the Knesdad said "I wish I could be that wrong in my job and still get paid for it!"....sort of like being the captain of the SS Titanic who was really wrong.
