"glue" for rain gutter spouts

I have typical rain gutter spouts at the four corners of my travel trailer roof. They are "glued" on by something and there are no screws in any of them. One of them fell off and I just need to secure it back. I have no idea what "glue" or adhesive or sealant to use. Every forum, website, YouTube video, RV parts store, and product literature suggest something different. Some of said silicone ADHESIVE, but that barely exists (could not find it at Home Depot). I only need a little adhesive so as to secure this one spout back.

Thanks in advance for help.

Once it falls off, I think re-gluing it back on will just invite it to fall off again.
It may have just been lacking a screw from the factory?
I would put a small screw in in but first put sealant under it, where the screw will come through, and over the finished screw.

glue

The manufacturer does NOT put a screw in ANY of their gutter spout extensions on the travel trailers I have seen. My dealership recommended that I do NOT add a screw if the factory did not use one. So.....just trying to find out what type of "glue" or "sealant" is appropriate to use to get it hooked back.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
