Can you provide some symptoms of your problem?

Boy, there’s a lot of info for us to go on...

You gotta give us more than that. Help us help you...

What kind of rv? What year? What model?

What do you mean “disconnected from the rv”? Did the tank fall out of the chassis, or do you just not have any water? Is there water in the tank? Does the pump work? Do you hear it running?

Is the problem confined to only your onboard water? Do you have water when you hook up to city water with a hose? Are your winterizing valves closed, etc, etc, etc?

Are you referring to the white hose for city water? If so, there should be a hose connector on the side of your RV or in a water cabinet on the outside where a shower or valves may be. Just be careful that you are not putting it on your black tank rinse connection, otherwise you'll be filling your black tank which will lead to a nasty surprise. Hope this helps.

I am sorry I mislead you guys. The wire from the fresh water tank is broken off from its place of attachment on the rv. The other wires are all attached together and go to a blue wire.

I replaced the water tank on a 99 dutchman classic. The white wire from the tank to the rv broke away from the rv. I can't see what wire it was attached to on the rv

White is the ground. Typically they tie together and lead to a grounding point somewhere.

Here is a general schematic of how the system is wired.
