Bike Rack?????

Hi all, I have a 2013 Kodiak Express that has a C-Channel bumper on the rear. My question is, does any one have any suggestions for mounting a receiver to the bumper? I have a bike rack that I am trying to carry. Thanks.

My old camper had the same bumper, I could never get those bolt on receivers to fit to where I would feel safe hanging any weight from it.

DON'T mount it to the bumper - have something welded to the frame if you have to have the bike rack back there.

I saw on the Internet quite some time ago where a person removed their dining table and bolted these bike brackets to the bench -http://happytrailsrv.rvcatalogue.ca/products/Swagman-64700
When travelling the bikes are stored safe inside. I suppose a person could also cut another piece of plywood (with a hole in it so the bracket could sit down inside the hole and then add your cushion back on the seat - no lump to sit on).

There a couple of options...

We use folding bikes. I have a couple of different sets, ranging from fairly large to very compact. They can travel anywhere from inside the camper bathroom to the rear of the truck. I don't like outside bike racks for a wide variety of reasons. Folders work for us. FWIW my bikes range from vintage Raleigh Twentys, to more modern ones.
