Awning LIght Bar Adhesive

A neighbor camper had the light bar under the awning fall off. Any suggestions on the right technique or adhesive to use the reattach the bar. The design is pretty standard with a clear plastic tube with the LED light bar inside it.

Just thoroughly clean & prep the area to be adhered to. It MUST BE CLEAN of any contaminates in order for the new adhesive to stick well. Cleaner of your choice, and alcohol to prep.

As for an adhesive... Go to any auto parts store, and get some of that 3M tape with the red backing in whatever width & length needed. You may have to buy a few tools to get the length you need... or can go online and find what you need on Amazon & other outlets. But that stuff should do the trick, and withstand the elements... IF... the area was cleaned & prepped well, as described above.
