atwood hot water heater

hot water fires and runs but does not heat the water enough. The water heater has a switch that you turn on and it lights the pilot with the spark. I have an installation manual but it does not give instructions. I can not find instructions for my model gc6aa-8p

It's possible the valves are in the winterization mode. Also possible the outside shower valves are open.
It's hard to diagnose without knowing what RV you have. You might add your RV to the signature line so we can offer more precise information.
