Shower curtain mod

The shower in our trailer is nice enough I suppose, but one can always use a little more room. With that in mind, we found a nice shower curtain extender that mounts quickly and easily and really makes the shower feel a lot more roomy. We found it at Camping World and it's called an Extend-a-shower Expanding shower rod. We paid around 40 bucks for it (they should have had a gun and a mask) but I'm guessing it can be found on the internet for less. Basically, it is a shower rod with two hinges incorporated that separate the rod into thirds. This allows the rod to articulate in those two spots. When mounted, the rod is in the shape of a shallow 'U'. When showering, the rod articulates out away from the tub making the area at the top of the shower curtain larger. When you're finished showering, simply fold the rod back into the shower for storage. I probably didn't explain it very well, but if you search for it on the internet, there will be some good pictures and explanations. Here's one shot of the installed rod. Not a very good photo, but it is the best I could get in such a small area.

Re: Shower curtain mod

Hello nelsonjo...question for you? How did you map the campgrounds you stayed at?
Thanks

Re: Shower curtain mod

Signed into Google, went to maps.google.com and created a new one called Campgrounds, and made it public (but only you can edit it unless you give others the rights). Then you click the placemark icon (top left) and click wherever you want to add one - then you can edit the information about it

Thanks very much...that is very neat. Your map provided me with a visual
reference where people live and camp. Thanks for sharing...good stuff.

Hi nelsonjo....I didn't realize that u folks added captions on the placemark icons of your camping spots. I read each one and enjoyed the descriptions.
