I'm done bonking my head

I bet I hit my head on that dinette chandelier 3 times yesterday. I have the table out so that's why. I want to change it to something flush to the ceiling but I still want it bright like the 3 bulb chandelier. I also want it to be led.
Any suggestions? Thanks.
The picture is similar to what we have currently

The first thing would be to determine the wattage of the lamps in the fixture. Then you can better size the LED fixture.

Here are a couple, one is LED the other could use LED bulbs.

Here is another one LED, better price, not sure about the specs on it.
