The first two pics shows the other peoples campers from our group, 3rd one is my wife and 3 yr old at playground across from our campsite, the rest are our Kodiak. These are all at Granite Hill Campground near Gettysburg, we reserved this even before we picked up our camper, so was much anticipated all season. We were there 4 nights starting Oct 11th.

Thanks for the photos! We'll have to add it to places to stop when we make it out to the east coast.

Cooper, never been to Granite Hill or Gettysburg, but I would have to say yes. The Gettysburg Address was given at the Soldier's National Cemetary in Gettysburg, PA.

Yes, that is correct on Gettys address location. Theres something about being there that I can't really explain, always like going there, guess the history combined with the beautiful countryside and town, just a nice place to visit. This year is the 150th anniversary of the battle and they(campground) were already getting reservations for it, we may drive up for a day instead of camping, July 4th thru 7th are reinactment dates.

We stayed at Granite Hill. When I used to camp with a tent I always went to the KOA just down the road, but now we have a camper, and Granite Hill is where our group of friends go every October, usually on Columbus Day weekend. I like the wooded look better at the KOA, but can't remember what their camper sites are like. Either way, it's a good time there.

Thanks, it's Granite Hill Campground, and was just before Columbus Day weekend, like October 12th, somewhere around there. It's cold at night time that time of year, but mosquitos are gone.
