Camping....canoe style

Here are some pics of how we camped before we bought the TT.

The canoe is a Clipper Tripper Kevlar 60 lbs ...white in colour it is equipped with tractor seats, sliding bow seat, yoke, footbrace, flotation tanks, bow & stern , black trim package, wood trim package, foam thigh pads, wilderness lash system, contoured yoke....and powered by 2 healthy people.

More pics to follow....

Tenting

Sleeps 2 uncomfortable....mattress 3/4 inch thermal rest..like sleeping on a towel on dirt. Use the PFD( life jacket) for pillows.. Need to save weight and space.

The wine glass

Sunset on Clearwater Lake......no bottled wine as it too heavy when canoe camping...but wine in bag is great..the glass is plastic and comes apart to save space

Gordon....We had an all fiberglass brand Frontiersman before the Clipper Tripper....it was a slug and very heavy to portage ( to non canoer's portage=to carry a canoe on your shoulders) and to load on the vehicle.

I really enjoy your Photo web site.....especially the northern pics...brings back very good memories....especially HyderAlaska and getting HYDERIZED.
