Window broken, need replacement

I have a 2015 Voltage 3605 Toyhauler. One of my garage windows was busted by vandals. Need to replace - hoping upon hope this is a window I can order online and see about replacing myself? I hate to have to haul it to a dealer and pay through the nose. It's a tinted tempered pane about 14 inches square. The bar across the bottom that connects to the opening mechanism is shot and needs replacing as well. But I think the mechanism is fine. Any tips on fixing this inexpensively (but of course to match and look good) are appreciated. I am in Atlanta area. I haven't even used the darn thing yet!!!
