Windish Rv in Lakewood, Co

I know multiple people have purchase their Voltages from this dealer. Wondering if people having issues are getting work done timely or if it has been a joke. My 3605 has been in for 18weeks come friday for multiple things that I gave details about months in advance to allow for odering parts. Curious about others experiences.

I bought from them in 2013 and it was an ok experience. The punch list I gave them returned one item taken care of.
It took a tour of the work shop with the head tech weenie so I could show him what the rear canopy leg brackets look like since he didn't think they were a real thing. He ordered them back in 2013 and I'm still waiting on them.
They did get a warranty part for me but it sat under the counter for four months before I called and asked them about it.

The down time may be part them and part manufacture. Also, your down time included the holidays and the RV industry slows down during the holidays, as do suppliers.

I was out about that length of time late last year. I full time so I was on the dime for lodging. I whined to the customer relations people at Keystone and I think they sent me a check for 200 bucks. 200 hundred bucks to use for lodging for three months.

Thanks Sundancer. This whole situation is very frustrating to my wife and I who traded in a perfect working unit for something that we can not even enjoy because it is always breaking down. I appreciate the response.
