Bad... The affirmation is appreciated.
Ace... I recently upgraded from a two axle Heartland TH to a triple axle Voltage. I went through the same process comparing the Cyclone 3800 to the Voltage 3895. I was biased toward the Cyclone having already owned a Heartland trailer, they make a great product.
It came down to just what you've concluded... I felt the options and features on the Voltage gave me more bang for the buck.
I researched the slide issue and figured if you take care you can minimized any possible problems.
1. Level before extending the slides
2. Operate slides on generator/120V only
3. Lubricate
4. Inspect rollers & check for warping
In West Texas the average annual rainfall is less than 10 inches, so the warping is not really too much of a concern.
