Voltage Construction Details

Ok I have looked all over and can't find the answer to this question. I know somebody on here can help me out. 2013 Voltage how much of it is aluminum? Floor, walls ext. and int. ? Are the slide walls aluminum? I guess its more curiosity and personal knowledge in case I have to work on something.......Thanks

From what I can see very little aluminum. The walls are framed out with aluminum and thats about it. Dont look to hard you might scare yourself when you see the bubble gum welds on the aluminum that look very sh*tty!! My 12 year old son has been playing around with my tig and spool gun and Im 100% confident he can show them what a weld should look like.

From our tour of the factory and some exploration of our unit....
The walls are framed with square thin-walled aluminum tubing. There is foam insulation between the tubing members with the interior and exterior skins laminated to the frame. Window/door openings are cut after lamination.


The floor is framed similarly, with ~3/4" OSB laminated to the tubing frame - no insulation between the members that I found.
