Voltage 3895 Thermostat No Power

I have a 2014 Dutchman Voltage 3895 and had it washed and now it’s as no power is going to Dometic thermostat. No matter what button you press it does nothing. I have checked all the breakers and flipped them just to see if it would fix it and nothing. Is there a breaker outside that could be tripped? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

If I’m not mistaken, your thermostat runs on 12v DC… not 110v AC… so check for a blown fuse, not a circuit breaker.

Also. The thermostat gets its power from the ac. Look there for broken wire or bad fuse since it was probably power washed near the ac

I have checked all the fuses on the inside and all of them are good. I reset the breaker at the furnace also and still nothing.

I would check the unit on the roof too. Maybe something disconnected or broken from the wash or got wet and shorted or damaged.
