Voltage 3800 switch panel

Tired of using your flashlight to see the switch designations or tired of flipping switches until the desired action is achieved?

I installed this device that is battery operated, dark and motion activated to solve the dark switch panel.

Terrific!!!! I have use those litter buggers before! Never dawned on me to use as you have!! They seem to work great in a closet and I see no reason for it not to work great there!!
Great Idea!

The good part about it is it doesn't prematurely active when the cabinet door is closed.

Open the door and reach for the switches and instant light at your finger tips.

Can you show me what it looks like and where you purchased it??? And how you hooked it into the battery or are you saying IT is battery operated?

Amazon.com: Megabrite: Wireless - Motion Sensor - Undercabinet LED Lights: Home Improvement

White only but they are easy to disassemble for painting. Three AA batteries last a long time so no wiring is necessary.

I like the idea of 'em. I've been bumbling around too much in the dark.

Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for posting that info, even I can handle that mod.

Just placed my order - I see one in the "switch panel" and another in the bathroom!

If you want to pull it apart for painting there's a screw hidden under the FCC sticker at the mounting tab.

Amazon.com: Lav Nav Motion Activated Toilet Nightlight: Home Improvement

I've used these for years with great success! The red LED shines into the center of the bowl for the guys when the seat is up and the green LED shines on the seat so the females can see the seat is down. Additionally, the LEDs don't cause light blindness like white light will do in the middle of the night.
Another battery powered, dark and motion activated goodie for us!!

This was my mod. I wired it with a magnetic door switch so it comes on when you open the door. At 170 lumens, it lights up the entry way pretty well.
