Ramp door

I have a Voltage 3605 and the latching mechanism worked for the first month. Not sure which system you have. If you have the keyed system, the door has to be perfectly square to work. If you have dragged the rear of the trailer it will put your ramp door out of alignment. The rear of Voltages are way to low going into gas stations. I manually unlatch the door from the inside which is a pain. When closed I have a gap on one side.

Is your trailer leveled? Sometimes the trailer can get tweeked and throw everything out of alignment.

The trailer is level but it's on unlevel ground hopefully when I load up and pull out I can get it closed otherwise I'll have to use a ratchet strap I guess

are you keeping the side door open when opening the ramp door? We've just purchased a 2018 voltage 3605.
