Storing fuel tanks

I am in the process of storing my toy hauler for the winter and was wondering, what does everyone do with the two fuel tanks, one for the generator and the one used to fill the toys?

I would empty them out if at all possible. If not, add fuel stabilizer and fill them to the top to minimize condensation.
