Well then, if the TV doesn't have a wireless adapter you'll first need a USB wireless adapter dongle. That will make the TV wireless capable.
Then if you really want to access the Internet a Samsung Allshare hub will be needed. The hub connects to your network adapter in your house.
Now, if you really want Internet access on your TV you'll want to buy a wireless keyboard of course.

Google Samsung Allshare and you'll get an idea of what's needed.

If you just want to stream movies or photos from your computer to your TV then you'll need the dongle and the Allshare software.

Assuming you have wireless internet available, you need to go into settings, chose to setup the wireless network. It will let you connect to an unsecured network, or one with a password, If you need to go to a web page to log on to the wireless network, then you probably won't be able to connect. How do you connect your computer or mobile device to the wifi network?

Alternatively, you could use a computer that is connected to the internet, and using internet connection sharing, connect the computer to the TV with an ethernet cable.

You can use a HDMI cord also with the computer. That works good with a wireless mouse. I've done that. Being that the TV is a 14 model it should have WI-FI built in. Just punch in the password and your good to go.

Yep, forgot to mention that, thanks. The Samsung dongle has some sort of firmware in it that allows it to work with the TV, nothing else will do it.

Our Samsung smart TV doesn't need any dongle or any other accessory to hook up to our home wifi. Just the wifi router password. We bought it 1 or 2 years ago from Costco. I seem to remember being able to open an internet browser on the TV, so I would suspect that wifi hotspots that require a login from a webpage wouldn't be an issue. But I've never had to do that.
We really only use it to stream Amazon and Youtube. These each have native apps preinstalled on the TV. I don't have any experience using any other smartTV features.
