Slide-out just clicking like it’s not catching

Ok, 2017 Coleman 300QT, just purchased last month from the first owner who had only used it three times. I’m trying to use the dinette slide out only hear a clicking noise like the gear is not engaging, if I use the manual crank it’s hard to turn it at first counterclockwise and then you feel it like it’s engaged after two revolutions. Then when you flip the switch it engages and moves the slide out all the way just fine and retracts just fine. Is there a way to adjust the gear motor or track underneath ? I cannot find anything specific to this model on YouTube or in the forums? Thanks in advance.

Do you have a photo of the motor/gear assembly? Is this a cable guide system or track?
