Rear beds in Voltage garage

I have a Voltage 3305 and I have a question regarding the 2 beds in the garage area. The sticker for the switch to raise and lower them says to have the beds raised while towing. Is there a reason for that? I would like to keep the lower bed /couch in the lower position, while the upper bed is pinned at the top.

Thanks Walter

I dont see any reason to kep em up unless the rig flexed a bunch to hurt em. I keep mine up, down, half way up. No problem.

As long as you have the pins in supporting the load, I can't see why there'd be a problem in any position.

I recommend a locking pin. I know our roads in SW Louisiana sux. I would be afraid top bunk would bounce and pin rattle out. Just my two cents
