Rear bed problems - raising & lowering

Hi all,
New to the forum and just bought my voltage 3905 a month or so ago and just had it out for the first time this weekend. Went to lower the table/bed combo, came down 1/2 way and just stopped. Press the up/down switch now and motor makes a ticking sound when either direction pushed. Could not get beds raised to re-load.
Any other owners have issues with happy jack beds? any advice is appreciated and look forward to hearing back from you guys!

The 1st time I tried to lower the bed - I had the screen door half-way down - the bed got hung up on the door and would not move either way.....could that be it????

If it still sounds like it is trying to move... ours had a screw that was backed out just enough to catch the slide and overload the motor.
