Nice... can't tell: F-350 or F-450?

Thinking 350. Looks like the 17" wheels. It will pull anything Dutchmen makes; Good for around 25,000 lbs I think.

Yeah... the 4:30 rear ends in our F-450's aren't good on fuel mileage, but they sure do turn & maneuver a whole lot better!

This is a fact too!!! I just added 285/75R17s to mine. Helped with the final drive ratio some!

Personally, I don't care about "cheaper". If I were buying a truck to operate cheaper, I would buy a little truck and stay in a motel.

I own a 2013 LB DRW 4X4 Ford F350 and although it gets me down the road I regret the fact I did not buy the F450.

So many of us are towing with inadequate vehicles.

Yours is a done deal now. Oh well.

Hope you are not over your 30,000 pound limit. Or even close to it.

Being just my opinion it is worth only what you paid for it.

Good Luck.
Arlan

The new '15 F350 can come with the same front end now, turns much better than my CCLB F-350, hell my house has a better turning radius than my truck does. Only catch is it has to come with the same 4:30 rear end.

At least it has enough ground clearance to tread water which I'm sure you have today.

My 2015 F-350 has the F-450 makings....the front end and the 4.30 gearing. I opted for that option over just buying a F-450...cheaper on insurance and tags, tires....plus, I can pull the same 5th wheel weight (although the F-450 is calculated by the SAE J2807 method) and carry slightly more cargo than an F-450....it was a win-win for me! Plus I have a 100 gallon TransferFlow tank in the bed....quite nice too. Same as OP, it is also my daily driver.
