Need Help With A Level UP Part Number (Jack Leaking)

So one of my rear Level Up Jacks on my V3605 Developed a leak this winter. I was hoping it was due to the cold weather but no luck! It's leaking a good bit while retracted and it's going to need to be replaced. Does anyone know the size (LBS) or part number of the jack? Thanks! I wouldn't be opposed to having it rebuilt if anyone else has had good luck with that route.

It was either Tanman or Pirate that sourced a replacement part.

Got help from Lippert believe it or not. When you call to order they will ask what it's on, color and how many holes are in the mounting bracket. I gave them the info and they gave me a part numer of 433458. The link is listed below.

I had issues with one of my jacks on a '12 Infinity. Called Lipert and they do not offer any rebuild kits for these units. I took a chance and added Lucas transmission treatment to the resivor and the leak stopped. I am not a fan of most "oil treatments" as I think most of it is snake oil sales but Lucas is different. I have used it for years and had good results. Put it in the resivorand cycle the jacks a few time and see if if it helps. Beats a $500.00 new jack.
