My New to ME Voltage 3990

PDI done had it delivered Thursday evening started sleeping in it that night. Some minor problems but thanks to this forum I was prepared with tools and knowledge. First, would not level due to lack of fluid. Went to the auto parts store picked up 3 quarts ATF and still would not level. Come to find out fluid all over gen area now. Apparently nobody tightened the lines to the junction block. Three turns or more each and now all good. More troubleshooting and figures I was a little off kilter side to side. So put more blocks under mid jacks and boom now perfect. Then master bedroom slide would not go out. I know we verified and All was well a couple times before we left. Had son over he nudged left side as it was a little cockeyed and boom, went out perfect. May have to investigate that further, later. Here are some pics of our first outing setup.

And the deer @ the park we are staying at.

Thanks Rusty and Aaron, sig changed. Now if I can figure out what this remote is for? Used dealer bought from thinks it don't go to my coach. I say it does but no paperwork and can't find anything here.

I have a 2015 and don't have that remote. Betting it is to change the colors of the outside awning lights or the lights under your chairs.

Rusty is correct. Receiver is the small black thing on the exterior wall near front awning arm

I had to remount the receiver in order to be able to use the remote without standing on the steps and pointing the remote directly at it

Mine was stuck on with double sided tape with the little receiver bulb facing the wall and to the rear. I applied new tape to opposite side of the receiver and pointed the little bulb down

There is also s switch inside you'll need to turn the lights on before the remote will operate them

Must be the second switch over, couldn't figure out what that was for. And it works now. You guys are awesome. Next up is the WiFi Ranger. Can't seem to get it to come up on any device, android, iPhone, or laptop. Is there a switch somewhere? I see it on the roof so I know it is here.

You might want to use the stabilizer arms for the patio deck awning. They'll help keep it on there in the event of wind.

Stabilizer arms? Don't know where those would be. I guess mine didn't come with them. Got a pic Robert?

They are on the ends of the awning. You pull them out of the awning and swing them down and extend

My New to ME Voltage 3990

Sweet found the arms now how do you get them l extend all the way down? I pushed the button for the legs all the way but the other orange thing at the top doesn't release anything?

One of your photos shows the patio ramp/deck to be hanging towards the ground. Maybe if it was level the secret stabilizer arms would reach.
From what I remember they just come out and extend. Consider yourself lucky, my 3800 didn't come with the deck attachments and the head service weenie didn't have a clue until we walked the lot looking for a rig with them installed.

Yup LED remote.

Could be a dead battery, some switch inside needs to be on to power the control box, crapped out control box... who knows. FWIW I am going to be adding colored LED's to my unit later this year. I am going with the Boogey Lights mainly because of the service after the sale and the availability of parts. I like their newest edition with the bluetooth remote.

oops see that you got them working!
