I have not done a motorcycle chock but have drilled all the way through my floor. The floor should be the same through out. Except the garage has that extra layer of rubber stuff on it.

The floor consists of about 1/2" to 5/8" plywood. Below the plywood is the insulation layer which is a couple inches of foam sandwiched between thin plywood. Typical construction.

So in mounting your chock, what do you want to hold in down with. Just screws or some sort of anchor? You have about 3" before you brake through into where you gas tanks etc would be located.

Remove one of the tie downs in your garage and get a look at what is under there. I have not done that. I started to remove one once but the screw was really long. Yeah, that's what she said.

I've set up two toyhaulers with Two moto chocks and three runs of "E" track. Removed tanks and bolted directly thru floor. The chocks i have can only be bolted in. While alot of folks are comfortable screwin down the e track i had to have it bolted. Biggest access issue is dropping the fuel tanks. Figure on a full day if you have all the tools/jacks.

I installed a couple of Pitbull restraints just in front of the dovetail in the back of my 3200 with out removing the tanks, but I did have to take out one of the table leg pockets to access one of the bolts. Motorcycles don't go anywhere with the Pitbull restraints, but they're sport bike oriented.

I just installed a Condor Chock. I measured and re-measured and then got under the garage with the measurements to see where everything was. Had to drop down the membrane cover to get at the belly. Found there was a large steel plate right where I wanted to drill - perfect. Drilled the two holes for the Condor mount bracket, installed the screws and done. There really is a lot of open space under the garage floor. My fuel tanks were not an issue.

I also use a Condor Pit Stop chock. I was going to mount it to the garage floor, and asked the Condor guys at a motorcycle show the best way to mount it. They assured me that as long as the tie downs were pulling the bike forward into the chock, and one also had tie downs to pull the bike back, there was no need to permanently mount it. I prefer not to permanently mount the chock as the garage becomes my office for several weeks at a time, or when on vacation, its the alternate dining room.

I've made 3 trips from NJ to FL and back as well as a round trip from NJ to ME with lots of mountains, over 8,000 miles with my BMW F800GS mounted that way and no problems.
