Manual crank in for the power slide?

I have a 2013 TQB292 Kodiak toy hauler, The RV dealer I bought it from is 150 miles away from my home, when I call them and ask about the manual crank in for the slide they say they are in all different places and I just need to look around however we cannot find it. The dealer also said you can disconnect the magnetic electric motors so that you can just push it in by hand. My question is does anybody have one of these and know if there is a manual crank ratchet style crank in for the slide? I have never had any problems with the slide but if I did something I would like to know how.

Is the slide mechanism hydraulic, cable, or does it have a couple of tracks on the side of the slide? Disconnecting the controllers on the "tracked" slides (Schwintek) is supposed to allow you to manually move them. Haven't heard of many success stories doing this manually. If you have the Schwintek system you'll want to search the forum for information. Prepare yourself for some aggravation.

From what the dealer is telling him sounds like schwintek... but what do most dealers know about anything? Other than $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. As stated by sawpilot, just search the forum on schwintek and you'll find all you need to know about the system.

Thanks guys, that is the system it has. I hope I never need to do it that way but it eases my mind knowing a little more about it.

Just thought this may be helpful for this thread as well..

Here is the link to the PDF manual for the entire system, including wiring schematics and programing/configuration instructions, as well as some general emergency tips:
