They it comes right back on and then repeats click off. I also get a E7 code on my rear a/c when i turn them on. Now what I did was check all my breakers and one by one turned them back on, what I found is if I keep the W/H and 3rd AC breaker off the load management system shuts off but everything everything else works, Dror and mid a/c, Mircowave etc, I used propane for frig and water heater. I don't get it, checked wiring everything looks correct and tightened. Any ideas?
This is the probe I am referencing that will be inside your 110V fuse panel.

I have checked that probe as well and all the wires, it is buried around wires, tough to get out unless you start discounting everything. You stated previously on gen start up it takes 2 minutes and is normal for the LMS to click through once. Is it possible for it to click through more than once and I need to give it longer to warm up to work and that it will continue to click through until ready? Sense it is under warranty I am taken it in tomorrow and they check and give it back Saturday. We leave Sunday for San Diego, but will have shore power there.

What protocol are you using when you start up your generator? I follow the manual which basically has you start the generator with no load, allow it to run for several minutes to warm up and stabilize then bring the load up a few circuits at a time. Shut down; remove load and allow the generator to idle down for several minutes. I was taught this a long time ago and have always used it on my portable generators with good results.

You could call Precision Circuits and ask about it cycling twice, but from my understanding of the system there should be no need for it to do that.

I had the exact same problem on my new 3805 TH. I called Precision Circuits (took me several attempts to reach a technician) and he knew immediately what i was talking about and what the fix was. Apparently Dutchmen wired the sensing unit (inside the breaker panel) incorrectly. 2 wires are reversed. Once I reversed them the problem instantly disappeared and now the system works as it should. Unfortunately I don't remember now which wires it was. Just give Precision Circuits a call and they'll get you straightened out. Good luck.
