LCI iphone app ?
Has anyone had the chance to try the LCI iphone app ?
I just installed it and it offers the same feature as the standard LCI remote but hve not had a chance to play with it yet. It looks like it is communicating over bluetooth with the pannel.

I downloaded the program but cannot find the password required. I am going to pull the Lippert Control board to see if its on the back. Excited to get it working. It'd be nice to be able to open the awnings without going back inside to retrieve the remote and also to have a back-up.

Ok, you got me... So you 2 are saying that i can do everything on my phone that I can do on the LCI remote?

If you google it you can see screen shots of the app. Same as the control.

I pulled the control board off the battery compartment ceiling and the password is not on the back. I also went through ALL the literature that came with the trailer and it was not there either. If anyone has any ideas on where to find the password please let us know.

I have been doing some reading on this. I do not think that our LINC Remote systems will work with this app. This app is bluetooth required, while the LINC remote system is not (I believe). This app wouild work with the myRV system...which seems to be a pretty cool system.

Thanks for your input! I am hopeful but i'm wondering if you are not right. From what i've found in documentation iv'e not seen anything saying it would work. Hopefully someone will post up and proove us wrong.

I'm emailing with Emily Stahly right now from Lippert and she is going to get back with me. Asked her if we needed another device or if we could use the system we already have.

That was a bummer, I didn't have high hopes seeing NOTHING looked like it was Bluetooth compatible. I thought something out there could be plugged in and retro fitted, until she shot that idea down also...

Hi Guys, we are the new owners of a 2012 3795 with a non working LCI remote.....it doesn't recharge and am told you can't even get a replacement battery for this unit...so I'm interested if theres third party option too....or would I have to order a new wireless control from LCI? Great forum btw! thanks!
