Kitchen faucet leak

2012 Voltage kitchen faucet dripping, is there a fix or just replace the whole thing? I'm sure there's a bad seal but I can't seem to see how to get to it. Is it a residential or RV faucet?

What does it look like? The faucet I mean, not the drip.
They aren't necessarily RV specific, mine is a residential faucet with a good reputation.

Pull-Down RV Kitchen Faucet | Dura Faucet

Does it look like this one. The reason I ask is mine was leaking also. Some talk on this forum helped me lean what faucet I had and lead me to go to durafaucet. They sent me replacement parts.

I have the same DuraFaucet and it has starting dripping the last month or so. I went to get a residential faucet, showed the folks at Home Depot a pic of the connections, when. I asked what I would need to go from what I had to the faucet, I was looked at like I had a third eye....I am going to re-attack next month....

Let me know what you end up doing.

There is a short thread somewhere on this site. Someone stated the Durafaucet was Made in the USA and a good product. I called them and they told me to email a picutre after a bit of consusion (I didn't get "Durafaucet" logo in the photo) they sent me replacement parts. At no cost to me.

If I had been sure I was getting the correct parts I would just have ordered this.

Stainless Steel Ball Valve Replacement Kit | Dura Faucet

It was the correct part and worked well. I was a bit confused as to how it came apart but all went well.

When you remove the little red/blue circle of plastic on the faucet control there is an allen screw. Loosen the screw and the lever lifts off. Then you have to turn the housing by hand to get it off. I watched youtube videos and they all showed similar valves being removed with a wrench of some kind. I didn't have anything close so I just it grabed and turned really hard.

I thought if it breaks it breaks. But it came apart. I cleaned everything up bought some plumbers grease (as per youtube).

No more leaks.

Mine was leaking at the valve and not the faucet head.

Hate to post this because it is so obvious... but when we got our new 2015 3800, on the first day we checked the storage etc, and noticed that the pipe under the kitchen sink was wet with a slow drip too. The connections were loose; hand (re)tightening was all it needed.

Sorry I'm getting ready to leave for a week but this is the bad boy. It drips on hot or cold if there's a simple fix other that replacing the whole thing I'll try it. My shower leaked the first time using the trailer and that was a cracked mixing chamber and that was an adventure to fix I had to cut an access hole behind my t.v. In the master bedroom to fix that and had to replace the shower faucet with a new one, the kitchen looks like a residential faucet and I've fixed many of those but I can't seem to get it to come apart so it makes me think it's an RV faucet. Thanks for all the input!

Mine has the same connections as a residential faucet 1/2" pipe thread so a residential faucet should work but I'm curious about the performance with the low RV pump pressure.

Your RV demand pump gives you 40 lbs of water pressure, should be plenty since I used a demand pump and residential plumbing fixtures for 20 years in a solar house.

Mine wasn't leaking but I was afraid I'd break it when pulling the head down (seemed to be plastic)...so I replaced with a residential from Costco. I had to file out the middle hole in the counter top for the extension hose for the head and it fit just fine. I did have to get brass adapters for the connection. It works like a champ!

Troubleshooting a Leaking Faucet : Delta Faucet this is the best as it gets.
Looks like a universal single handle faucet repair kit would work, if nothing else tighten the packing gland to put more pressure on the springs and seals.

Justin,

Is that your faucet in the photo.

Your reply was confusing.

If it is your faucet, remove that small red/blue button with pointed object. There is an allen screw under it.

Procede from there.
