How often do you lube your slides?

I live on a gravel road so when I come home I lube the slides to try and keep clean. For those of you that travel for long periods of time, how often do you lube your slides?

I lube my monthly. Takes about 10 minutes

As I only take our TT out once a month or so, I normally lube it every other month.

Any preference to what type of lube to use on your slide and why?

CRC power lube is what the factory recommends. Found it in Amazon
