Help identifying exterior drain pipe

Hello-

I've got a single +/- 6" section of white 1/2" PEX hanging from the bottom of the 2015 Voltage 3970 toy hauler. It has a black cap on the end of it and it comes out of the bottom at about the same location as the street side middle landing gear. I've never touched it and have no clue what it is. Can someone please clue me in?

I am almost sure it's your low point drain out hose for fresh water, used when winterizing . You can empty most of your fresh water that remains in the lines.Quik way to empty the lines if you get bad water.
