Happy neck bed lift issue. Please help!

Hello all,
New to this forum as I just bought a voltage. I seem to be having trouble with my happijack bed lift system. I was recently raising the dinette with the up/down switch, and the driver side portion of the dinette seemed to stop and start to sink to the floor separately from the passenger side. The passenger side (system motor side) seems to function normally but there does not seem to be any power to the adjacent side. Is there an in-line fuse hiding from me somewhere? I checked my main fuses at the panel and all seem to be in good shape. Switch still functions and as I said earlier, one side still functions normally. I just bought this beast of a trailer and don’t want to start having issues already! Please help! Sorry for the auto correct in the title

Thank you very much,
Matt.

That motor should be on a shaft that runs to both sides. Sounds like you may have a loose drive sprocket on the driver side.
Just a thought!

Thank you littlemick for the info. I will lower the units and inspect the driver side drive socket when I get home. I appreciate the reply brotha!

As littleneck says... there is a shaft that runs across the width of your rig, located near the ceiling. There is only one motor, and the shaft turns the gear on the other side, which makes the beds rise/lower in sync.

Without knowing more.. I suspect your trouble lies there.
