Greystone 26" Electric Fireplace

I have a major problem. I have looked on every page and no body mentions the Greystone fireplace. I bought the Voltage 2014 3600. The fireplace has never worked. I do not even the model number. Also I cannot find any information on getting parts for it not can I find out who makes them. If any member has any info on the fireplace, I would deeply appreciate it. Also I would like to think the members that answered my last help blog.

I don't know if I have a Greystone or not, but I assume Voltage uses the same vendor for all their units. I took mine out to fix a leak. It's just held in by 4 screws and then you gently lift up. Comes right out. They are powered by a normal 110 outlet plug, perhaps the unit isn't plugged in, or maybe a fuse issue. At the very least I would imagine there is a label with model information on the back. Good luck.

Mine is behind the faux brick surround that has to be gently removed to access the electric fire place.
There are controls inside a small panel at the bottom that flips down. The light and heat control is there as well as the ole power switch.

Can you shoot us a photo of it?

We have a Greystone fireplace that we used this weekend for the first time this season. We couldn't get the remote to work even after replacing the battery. When we used the manual buttons all of them seemed to work except for the "heater" button. Eventually we could get it turned on but only on L or possibly H settings. The button simply doesn't react properly.

Check to see if there is a toggle on the top left side. It may be switched to manual only.
