Goldwing in the garage

Finally got around to seeing how my Goldwing goes up and down the ramp and how the Condor chock works. Pleased to say all went well. Wish I could post a photo but can't seem to do it right.

Here is what my son used with his Victory MC in the back of a horse trailer.
Motorcycle Stand / Wheel Chock

After seeing that picture I need to see if my sons Victory & my 650 Burgman are both going to fit.

Since my garage is only 10'... and the Goldwing measures 9' 7" from the leading edge of the front tire to the trailing edge of the rear trunk... I couldn't 'stagger' my Wing & the BMW I used to own. And w/o staggering the handlebars, it would have simply been a PITA to try to load and/or unload them... not to mention that I couldn't have had anything else in the garage (outdoor chairs, fire pit, washer/dryer, etc.)

However, if your garage is longer... or if your bikes are smaller... it gives you many more options.

Sons Victory is just over 9' & my Burgman is right at 8'. Garage is 11' . The plan is to take both come summer vacation to South Dakota where in laws are & wife is from. Son would fly out & ride his Victory back home to California about 1,700 miles. That's to long for this old dad but son is 28 so he should be just fine.
