Anyone else have the fake leather fabric on the dining booth and living area chairs separating from the backing material? This is the cheapest stuff I've ever seen, extremely thin. Here I am getting ready to sell this thing, for a Class A, and it starts falling apart on its own. It's four years old.

I think most of them all are built with the cheapest crap they can find that looks good. Once my couch goes bad, I will put a real couch in. So far so good, as we barely use ours and are outside most of the time when camping.

We have same problem with the faux leather flaking and peeling and what I’ve found to keep it together is.... flex seal, yes the same stuff as seen on tv. Try to get the loose stuff to lay down then add light coats of flex seal to help hold it together. It’s flexible enough so it won’t crack and tough enough so it won’t come off.

It is an industry wide problem and not just in the RV industry. It is happening to home furniture too.

Yep, all of my faux leather is doing the same thing. My plan is to do what Jaygermeister did and replace with a residential couch. For the dinette, I plan to replace the benches with 4 stand-alone black wooden chairs.
This is called bonded leather. The thinnest leather available. In my Komfort, I put in two Lazy-Boy recliners made of real leather and got a sleeper sofa from WayFair that fit under the rear window and when closed miss the slides when retracted. The covering is microfiber. A lot les weight and much prettier and comfort able.

At work I'm in and out of lots of used motorhomes and have yet to see one with any fabric issues. Can't comment on used trailers because they rarely find one worth reselling rather than wholesaling.

Yeah we thought they were leather! They lasted 2 years. Total crap. I replaced them with the 6 year old Leather Lazboy recliners from our house. Half the weight and twice the comfort. BTW, I've had to rebuild the pull out couch after the support system (plastic bands) failed in the middle section. Second Denali we have had and it is crap just like the first one. Only bought #2 cause #1 was gone (roof) after 18 months and I was stuck with the same dealer. Not a problem any more as they went out of business.
Yes, I had the same problem with a 5 yr old Kodiak. I had to replace all the cushions. I called Duchman and they said I must have used some harsh cleaning chemical, i think NOT!
We had one cushion (of 3) tear in our 240BHSL. We Travel almost full-time in it. The other 2 were cracking and on the edge. We ended up taking them to an upholstery shop and having them remade with thicker (denser) cushions and better material and it cost (are you sitting down) $900 for 3 cushions.
I almost threw up but the wife is happy and they are much more comfortable and no signs of wear a year in to using them.
Has anyone found replacements that will fit the Voltage 3895. The loveseat area is 54" and I haven't been able to find any recliners that will fit in there.
