Clunking when turning ???

Is it normal for the leaf springs or axles to clunk when slowly turning ? Forward and reverse. No noise when going straight or curves on the highway.

A lot of noise comes from the cheap plastic shackle bolt bushings used by the factory. I replaced my bushings with Lippert never fail bushings and 90% of the popping and creaking went away.

Its4 , I have been researching the Lippert Kit and it looks like what I need to do and not just for the clunking.
Is it a one size fits all ? I could not find where they were model or make specific.
Is the kit difficult to install ?
