I have about 38k-40k miles on my Voltage 3950. Went to fill up the water tanks for a dry camping weekend and the supports snapped that hold in the tanks. I rarely carry water, usually at spots with city water but occasionally do have to bring water with us.
Luckily I was at home and not on the road. The tanks didn't completely fall out, but they sagged enough to tear the fill hoses and fittings and warp the tanks.
I do have a killer extended warranty and a local mobile RV guru that handles any issues so it will get fixed, but just a heads up. I suppose with full tanks bouncing down the road, things tend to wear out, but when he got under the belly and starting looking, he said the factory supports were a joke and should have been reinforced alot more.
The subject line was "Check your water tank supports."
How do you do that? I have been wondering if my 3905 would hold an full 160 gallons of water going down the road. I have NOT tried it. I load about 80 gallons max when I am setting out for a trip.
I have filled the tanks to max with the trailer sitting still with no problems. Driving down the road is another thing altogether.

Same thing happened to my Dads Gulfstream Yellowstone last summer. He was at home filling his tank when he heard a crash. Looked under the camper and the enclosed underbelly(metal, by the way, not plastic cardboard) was sagging and resting on the axles. His tank was held in by 3 thin angle iron supports that ran between 2 main metal floor joists. Needless to say that was a couple of days laying on my back in the yard. We reinforced it good so that it won't happen again. I've been wondering about mine ever since. I plan on checking it out while I'm under there installing my electric dump valves.

I have a 2013 V3905 and noticed that a tank has come loose and is pressing on the underpan. It's the tank that's right in front of the main entry door.
Does anyone know which tank this is? Did they install safety backup straps? Seems like this could be a safety issue.
I would like to talk to Dutchmen about it too. Anyone know the local factory rep in Arizona?

If there is a bathroom above the sagging tank, it is probably a black water waste tank. The fresh water is usually right below the fill port.
The only way to be sure about the mounts is to drop the belly pan far enough to get a look at it. If you have access to an insection camera that many give you a good enough view.
The belly pan tends to sag a fair bit on it's own. If you push up in the middle of the pan you can feel it give until it contacts the tank.

When I was a kid I was going nowhere fast, now I'm an old man I'm going everywhere slow.
I had the aft fresh water tank (2015 Rubicon 2500) drop onto the plastic sheeting as well. The back angle bracket slipped aft due to sheared mounting screws which allowed the tank to drop. I purchased quality self drilling/tapping Screws like OEM and a few extra metal strapping from a big box home improvement store. Lowered the plastic sheeting, raised the tank back in to place and re mounted the aft angle bracket back in to place with the improved hardware. I also took 2 extra straps and mounted in a fashion as NOT to allow the angle to slide to the rear again should the new fasteners shear again. Then re attached the plastic sheeting.
Now last week the sheeting fell after driving through a heavy rain storm. My next project is to replace the entire plastic sheet (don't know where to get it yet) and improve the support system of the sheeting to prevent sagging in the future. The screws and washers alone do not do a good enough job. It allows the sheet to sag and take on wind/water while driving.
Any ideas or purchase location info would be greatly appreciated.
