Broken pendant light

The globe and bulb broke on my 2021 Voltage 4015. My husband and I are trying to replace just the globe and bulb but cannot get the broken globe off. Is there an easy way to take this off without replacing the entire pendant light fixture?

Is there a nut at the top of the shaft at the top plate? If there is, you may need to take the assembly down and remove the lamp that way. Some of these fixtures are an “assembly” and none of the parts are replaceable, including the lamp. Can you get the lamp out of the fixture?

Even if you get the shade off, you will likely not find a replacement. Sorry!

Generally pendant lights are threaded and come apart to replace the globe. A hardware store that sells lighting sells replacement globes if yours has a standard size hole. It is probably easier to replace both globes with matching ones than to find one matching globe from the dealer.

Those look like bulbs you can get at a hardware store. LED decorative chandelier bulbs come in lots of sizes and shapes. Just match up the base or socket style of the bulb.

Check Lowes. I had the same thing happen on our Voltage 3895 (2014) and found the identical one at Lowes.
