6 PT Auto Leveling (LC1)

I just replaced one of my leveling jacks on my Toy Hauler. Anyone know how to sync the jacks? I can put the system in auto-leveling mode, but once it is done and I want to retract the rear jacks it only retracts one and not both.

Not sure I can offer any real help... but just thinking out loud here:

Is your issue only when trying to use Auto Retract? In other words... can you raise the gear in Manual Mode?

If so, then yeah... I agree it appears to be software related. But if not... then it would seem you may have a hardware issue. Possibly an issue with one of the cylinders, hoses, or manifolds.

Here is a link to all of the Lippert Tech Bulletins. I did a brief dance thru them, and cant see anything related to just the "auto retract" feature... but maybe they can help.

That's the way it should work. Retract one side at a time but not both. If you want both rears off the ground you have to retract both left and right sides with the individual key strokes.

If it worked before it still should work the same, the auto retract shuts itself off when the pressure gets over so many psi cycle the system several times, maybe you have air in the system after installing the new ram

The auto-leveling works great when taking the trailer off of the truck. Before I could retract both rear levelers together. Now, I can't get the leveler that I replaced to come up with the controls. I have had to manually get the attachment to my drill and raise it.

You might want to check voltages at that jack then. Was that the problem you had before you replaced it? Was the motor replaced at the same time?

I replaced the leveler jack and it is the same motor. It works great to retract just as long as it wasn't auto leveled. Once i do the auto level, it can't retract it.

Can you try and retract it by going into manual mode, rear jacks and then select that side?

Thanks sundancer 87, I was able to go into manual mode and raise the left side! Once I did that and then auto leveled it, I am now able to raise the 4 jacks (2 on each side) with retracting the rear jacks. Works now like it did before!

Thanks for everyone's reply.
