Winegard help

Hello all,

We have a 2023 1500 Astoria 2533RDF. The wine gard on top says 360+ v2. There is a plate inside that hade a sticker on it with a QR Code and add gate for 4g lte and WiFi. I purchased the gateway from winegard and went to install today and there were only 2 wires that looked like power wire at the plate. I felt all over in the ceiling as best I could with my fingers and only found the coax cable. Am I missing something or should there also be antenna wires also? I have attached the pictures I took of the winegard products and plate

I have a 2022 Astoria I purchased last year with the same issue. Talked with a local rv tech and said that the wires are probably still up in the satellite and we’re never run through. I used a snake camera and looked all over for them in the ceiling compartment. According to the documentation we’re supposed to take it back to the dealer we bought it from and they should repair the problem. Took mine back to the dealership and they didn’t fix the issue. Been very disappointed with the quality of this camper. Good luck Dave S

Yeah I unsealed the unit on top and the wire were wrapped around the base and never run through. I have to drill and new whole also as they were not lined up and wires weren’t long enough to angle to through.

Sounds like the same guys who installed the roof top cable entry plate on my 2021 Astoria 3173RLP. Looks like it was done with a hatchet and only one of the wires was hooked up. No quality control!
