Voltage 3990 2016 black tank 2 location

I went to drain my black tank 2 today, and the valve cable is stuck, does anyone know the approx location of the
tank valve body ? Is it above the spare tire.

Mine is located behind the entry stairs. It runs from the front of frame back about 7’. I had to change my cables also. I’m going Electric when they fail this time. The tank is inside the frame. You can drop the cover by removing a couple screws and peek in there.

I just noticed you said black tank 2. I only have one black tank.

Thanks for the info, but yes I have 2 black tanks. After explorative cutting of the under belly, the 2nd tank is on the driver side, just above and behind the 3rd axle. the easy fix was to cut the cable, and with vise grips, pull on the cable. Yes I did have a long time ago an additional cut off valve installed at the end close to were you would connect the sewer hose. So for now, the OEM valve is open, but is held back by the added valve. The original pull cable for the tank became frozen from rust.
