Get yourself a moisture meter and trace the dampness all the way to the point that you habe dry walls. This is how much of the ceiling and wall panels need to be removed to ensure that the water damaged area is dried out properly.
You now have a mold and mildew incubator and there is plenty of cellulose fiber in the camper, to create a bumper crop of mildew. Unless it is dried out and repaired correctly you will be risking you families health.
Been through that in the house with a pin hole leak in the copper line, before the shut off valve. I don't know exactly how long it had been leaking before it showed up as water damage to the flooring, but when the restoration crew opened up the wall all you could see was a mass of black mildew. Took them three weeks to get it dried out and the mildew cleaned up.
