Towing question

I have a 2014 ram 3500 SRW and a 2013 voltage 3200. When hitched up I am a few inches nose high. (I did not take a measurement yet). My question is how many inches nose high is too much and what can I do to level out. I was looking at lift blocks for the voltage, but have read mixed things on using them.

Can you lower either the 5th wheel hitch or raise the king pin plate on the trailer without getting too close to your bed rails?

The hitch is as low as it can go and the pin box is raised as far as it can go.

The nose of my trailer is up a few inches from the back. I was told it's fine, but I know the closer to level the better.
