thinking of buying a 37rk-xl?

hello all, I looking for a little input. I have a chance to get a fifth wheel Dutchmen signature series 37rk-xl (not sure on model) for 5000. shes pretty big, triple axle, gross dry weight is 9900, hitch dry is 1380, axle dry is 8520, gvwr is 1320. it has a new floor and looks in excellent shape. Anything I should look out for with this model as far as known issues or problems? I cant find anything on the computer about this model, if its even the right one. there is no manuals or stickers to say what model it is. it just says signature series and according to the 1996 brochure if it has electric jacks it a xl model. im not even sure what year it is. he says the title says 95 I look at old brochures and the only triple axel I found was in 96. I had them send me the vin and if I read it like a vehicle vin its an r which would be 94.
