We also have a 330 rls, the dealer had our unit for 3 months right after we bought it. Kitchen slide was out of align with exterior wall and slow. The dealer changed motors to latest version which are a lower gear ratio, that helps. The dealer actualy did more damage to the rv then they fixed! I have been repairing everything myself now! Good luck!
PS. Lube helps lots!

He said, did changing the motor to a lower gear ratio make the slide come out faster and without you thinking it was going to die on you?

The slide will come out slow because of the gear reduction of the motors. In order to create more torque in the small motors they change the gear reduction in them. So, slower can mean more torque or another issue.
Lube your seals and motors. Good you tube videos on line.

We had a 2013 330RLS and I held my breath every time I ran the kitchen slide in or out. It was always very slow compared to the other slides, but it always worked. I was also very anal about being level before I ran that slide out. Several other members suggested holding the button for extending/retracting for ten seconds after the slide stopped moving to make sure it recalibrated and I did that.
