pressure checking unit

anyone ever had a pressure test done on their RV? Look like I might have had a leak inside large pop out wall, no major damage looks like I caught it in time. All caulking looks good and no damage to fiberglass wall (some waves along the base of wall, which is what made me bring it in) The dealer recommended a pressure check to find the leak. Charge is $8 a Ft X 32 Ft = $256 plus cost to repair any leaks. This sound reasonable to me but never had this done and wondering if anyone has any personal experiences. What exactly do they do and how.

I've seen pressure testing done in stick built houses for energy efficiency purposes but I'd be leery of testing my hauler. If I'm not showing signs of water intrusion I probably don't want to know how many leaks a pressure test may create.

thank you for the information. I guess we'll see how many leaks show up.
